The Endai Worldwide MarketTraq·Email™ Platform provides optional M-CONNECT™ API support for common list management and synchronization processes. This feature set was specifically designed to support the needs of marketing organizations that need to manage customer data on an in-house system, and then perform regular automated refreshes and synchronization of MarketTraq·Email™ List data.

In addition, the M-CONNECT™ API has been extended to support subscribe and unsubscribe functionality on an individual or batch level, to support real-time record management initiated from a third party system.

Supported function calls include:
authenticate - Securely log in to the API
subscribe - Used to add or update individual or batch records to a specified list
unsubscribe - Used to remove individual or batch records from a specified list
emailuser - Used to send one-to-one email communication to subscriber

Further API functionality has been made available to enable program to program initiation of segment creation and management, email drop scheduling, and email campaign performance, which includes API functions that can access individual list records, or batch querying.

MarketTraq·Email™ is a robust system, built on an object oriented design methodology. In cases where core API functionality does not fully meet the needs of a strategic client integration, Endai will expose further objects over the XML API as needed to support the initiative.
